Hide buff

So, I hid in one of the containers in Galen by accident (by the pier), and I have had a ''hidden'' buff ever since. Not doing anything as far as I can tell, but it shouldn't be there. The icon is of a crate/box.

are you using an addon for buff tracking? or is it on your character sheet?

as far as im aware that "buff" is only applied when your using one of those special containers that let you avoid the guards that have the anti-stealth circles, and it is removed when you leave the container

Didn't even think of that. Boy, I'm slow today. Gonna turn off some addons and see if the issue is with them. Likely is. Thanks.

one of the addons i use for buff tracking is ssrendar, and while i like it, i have noticed issues with it not properly keeping track of effects being removed

for example if i cleanse a dot, ssrendar will still show the dot ticking for the full duration even though its been cleansed, or it will still show some buff or debuff as being applied even when its not (when it is not one which has a timer)

usually in most cases a simple /reloadui or re-zoning will fix the addon display issue, but i know this is not always possible to do say during combat
