This maps shows the location. Haven't tested it myself, though.
Hey @drakhan2002_ESO Can you throw a bone and let us know where you found it?
Many thanks, in advance.

I got it from fishing a Foul node in a lake-y Apocrypha area. It took longer than getting both green fish and the blue fish.

I cannot answer your question but I for one will gladly eat that food if that means I can pull out more fish/stuff in a shorter time. Fishing gets really boring after a few hours....And the more hits I have the higher the chance to get a gold recipe as a side reward.

Good to know! Thanks for sharing

Unfortunately, that will hinder, not help your chances to get furnishing plans. Anything that increases your chance of getting rare fish (Pickled Fish Bowl, Sharp's passive, Anger's Instincts CP passive, fishing in a group, etc.) means you will pull more green and blue vendor only fish instead of the folios, satchels, bottles, or Perfect Roe fish.
Also I would recommend slotting the Homemaker passive, so you have a chance to pull double furnishing plans from the folios. And yes, I can confirm that it works.
10 hours of fishing, never happened once.
Sharp
Picked Fish
Both CP Passives
Crawler bait, should I try roe?

Hi everyone, we’d like to address the concerns raised in this thread about the Sharp’s Patience Companion Perk and clear up a few things.
For context, here’s the patch note for this perk:
“Sharp provides ‘Sharp’s Patience’ which offers an improved chance at finding trophy fish and slightly reducing reel time."
We hear your concerns about if the increase in trophy fish will result in an overall decrease in value. The short answer is no. Here are the main takeaways:We hope that helps clear up any concerns about this perk. Please let us know if you have any follow-up questions.
- The appearance rate of Pyandonean Bottles, Waterlogged Psijic Satchels, and Gunny Sacks are not influenced by Sharps Patience; the overall appearance rate of these items has not changed.
- With this perk, players can catch fish faster overall due to decreased reel time.
- Sharp’s Patience perk does stack with the Champion Passive Reel Technique. They are calculated separately. You can benefit from both simultaneously, as well as with other fishing buffs and food such as Artaeum Pickled Fish Bowl, and fishing with friends.
- Percent chance of catching bait (Chub, Minnow, Shad, and non-perfect fish roe) has been reduced with Sharp's passive. The increase in trophy fish is offset specifically by the reduction of these items.
I just got this achievement when I looted a green quality fish (Inkfish) off of a Lurker I just killed...which seemed odd but maybe all fish are on their loot table? (or this is a bug?)
