Automatic Quest Tracking setting

Before the update, this setting was 'On' for all my characters, as I wanted it. Since the update I have to go in and set it EVERYtime. I set it to On, on all. Next day it's set to Off again for all.
Does anyone know how I can make the setting stay set?
