Map location "study of the lost cipher" still bugged

This HAS been posted on the PTS server in April, but still bugged. you don't get credit for being at the location on the map. and the eye icon does not turn white.

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

The door is on the rocks way above the water.
Standing in the water doesn't trigger the find, no.
You have to go around and up.
Then jump to the door.
