Loss of Target Health Percentage after Necrom Update?

Is anyone else not seeing the health percentage of a target (e.g. a target dummy) regardless of settings after the upgrade? Or am I misremembering how things are supposed to be?

al-Khizr✭✭✭Update: It appears this issue goes away when the AddOn Bandits User Interface (currently throwing a few UI Errors itself) is disabled.0
