    I would put Graven Deep, Coral Aerie and Scrivener's Hall to the hardest but their difficulty difference is rather same.
    These dungeons have wipe mechanics. Like in Graven Deep those orbs will kill people. Coral Aerie has waves and Mind mechanic but not sure if that Mind mechanic appears in non hard mode. Scrivener's Hall has Immolation Trap that one shots anyone who tries to leave it or who accidently steps on it.

    Icereach, Unhallowed Grave, Castle Thorn, Cauldron, Black Drake Villa and Bal Sunnar dungeons have just avoid area damage and a few other basic mechanics that can be easily healed through. Maybe in Castle Thorn where you need to kill four scamps and shoot their blood things to the boss is hardest amongst these dungeons but general fight is pretty simple. If you get the first secret boss in Black Drake Villa all bosses in this dungeon turns into dummies though.

    Stone Garden, The Dread Cellar, Red Petal Bastion, Shipwright's Regret and Earthen Root Enclave is harder than the dungeons in aforementioned paragraph, as some of these have completely different mechanics other than just parsing on boss. Dread Cellar has a complete different phase where you need to enter a portal two times.

    So from hardest to easiest for me would be like this.
    Graven Deep, Coral Aerie, Scrivener's Hall, Stone Garden, Earthen Root Enclave, The Dread Cellar, Red Petal Bastion, Shipwright's Regret, Bal Sunnar ,Icereach, Castle Thorn, Unhallowed Grave, Black Drake Villa, The Cauldron.

    depends entirety on your role, your group, and what you have difficulty with.

    i don't know how to rank these dungeons
    but i found bal sunnar, black drake villa, stone garden, and red petal bastion the easiest and most fun

    I do all 3 so I’d be able to answer from all 3 perspectives haha. For instance, graven deep is easiest as DPS, 2nd easiest as healer, and hardest as tank non-HM. Red petal bastion, on the other hand, I find easiest as healer and hardest as DPS.

    Generally though, newer dungeons are harder. Cauldron, UG, BDV, BS are easiest. SH, GD, ERE, SG, CA, SWR are hardest. No particular order. But this can also change wildly when it comes to grouping. I put GD as a harder dungeon because PUGs can struggle with blowing themselves up, 2nd boss dps check, 2nd boss healcheck, and 3rd boss orbs, tank cone, and flesh atro. However, a guild group can clear GD in 10 minutes with no problem. It’s actually one of the easier ones but only after all group members have progged their clear already.

    DLC veteran and normal mode dungeons need its own separate queue option in the LFG tool.

    They already have, although you don't get those shiny transmutes anymore as you're refusing to go for a random dungeon.

    Overland difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 24 DLCs. 40 game changing updates including One Tamriel, an overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver & Gold as a "you think you do but you don't" - tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game. I'm bored of dungeons, I'm bored of trials; make a personal difficulty slider for overland. It's not that hard.

    You have to go for specific dungeon and then click the desired ones.

    Not sure I've even done or remember most of them without hm, but ones that would certainly stand out because how easy they are would be the cauldron and bdv. Coral and Earthen root ones would be probably the most challenging but without hm it's all really relative and depends on what's someone's strengths and weaknesses are.

    none of them are hard in vet they just have mechanics that should be done normal does not, but i guess the toughness of it would depend entirely on group composition

    non-hard mode i would probably say that graven deep is the hardest, mainly because of the sea orb mechanic requiring some coordination

    echoing what others say though that its going to depend on the group and mechanic knowledge, i got a speed run on vet scrivener within a week of it being released farming it with people i normally run vet trials with (non hardmode)

    so really going to depend on your group
