Why some people want to become vampire or werewolf?
Once I pay crown for the vampire experience, and I quit it after 3days later.
I couldn't feel any of benefit of those things, and I haven't seen much of
strong vampire or werewolf player on the field.

However, some people still keep saying "anyone can bite me?". Just why?

My playing time Mon-Friday UTC13:00-16:00 [PC-NA] CP over2000 now.
I have [1Tough tank] [1StamSorc-DD] [1Necro-DD] [1Real Healer]
with [1Stam Blade].
But, I'm Tank main player. Recently I'm doing Healer.

I thought it would be fun and add RP flavour to the game. (It didn't really)

The first time, I wandered too close to a WW shrine by accident, and got bit, and decided to live with the affliction for some RP fun.

It was fun to play and had less bright effects than a lot of builds, and I did get into trouble with NPCs that saw me gambolling past them in the world. But I was discouraged by the lack of meaningful interactions with NPCs in the quest dialogues. I mean, there was a brief acknowledgement in a quest relating to Hircine, but in another instance I was in a WW village where I and the NPCs acted as if we were completely oblivious to each other. It broke immersion. I still have the WW, but I don't play it.

I eventually picked up Vampirism on another character because I had enjoyed a bunch of quests with NPC vampires and thought it might be better integrated with a vampire player. Alas, as with the WW, I was a bit confounded by the inconsistency in quest dialogues, in one place asked to do things that the quest NPC could not do on account of vampirism. And given there was a big storyline around vampires, I expected slightly more from the dialogues and ended up losing my immersion completely. Quicker movement in stealth was good, eating bad guys gave me some comical screenshots, but the vampire skin effect on my khajiit was pretty hideous and I got myself a cure.

It's a shame, it really could have been more fun!

Moreover, there're no Vamp or WW only NPC big town or community
in the game like the DarkBrotherHood guild.

Once you become those things, then you'll be just lonely monster in the Tamriel.
It's so boring. At this point, TES5 Skyrim is better.

For some it's completion of achievements, others may want to roleplay as vamp or ww.
There are also players, which simply like the playstyle (for example I recently met a ww in Alik'r which was having a blast running around a kill things).
And a lot of people are swearing on the "undeath" passive vamp is granting in PvP.
Never get between a cat and it's candy!

Overland difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 24 DLCs. 40 game changing updates including One Tamriel, an overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver & Gold as a "you think you do but you don't" - tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game. I'm bored of dungeons, I'm bored of trials; make a personal difficulty slider for overland. It's not that hard.

If you join an guild, just as around for an bite at prime time and you get one.
Always recommend joining some casual guilds. Later you can advance to PvP or trial focused ones, you can join 5.

As for vampire its amazing in PvP because of the sneak bonuses, who is critical in IC but can also be important in Cyrodil.
You run while sneaking just like the stealth set but you use damage sets instead.

Werewolf was kind of meta at one time, still an fun play style.
Switch to WW while pugging an WW termed dungeon with low cp players for fun, *** I changed to an WW.
The skeleton polymorph is more versatile here however.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Unnatural Movement is the main thing for me. And the extra resource cost for non vampire skills is all but irrelevant on a heavy attack build. Let's me bypass a lot of thrash mobs in delves and dungeons while running dailies and stuff.

Simple. Vampire for passives, for pvp mostly. WW because it's fun, and I have 18 [oops forgot!] 20 characters, and they don't all need to be meta copies of each other.
