Random Disconnects

Can anyone offer any advice on why I get randomly disconnected at least twice a day? And ironically it seems like these random disconnects happen more when I only have a short time to play, like I'm trying to get my daily quests done, than when I have hours. I am on an Xbox, I should add. My husband and son seem to have no problems staying connected for any length of time. Just me that will randomly get dropped. And then I have to wait 10 minutes, sometimes more, to be able to log back in.
