We Need a Refund System

Please consider putting a refund system to the Crown Store, I can't count the times I got disappointed with a purchase and then I had to proceed to make a ticket then wait for days for a refund, and that's *IF* I had purchased the item very recently. We should have a system where you can refund an item within a certain amount of time, make it limited to a certain amount of times per month if you have to, but this is much needed.

I've gotten a refund on every single item (provided it's within the time frame) so far, but it's a long process. They could still implement this, even if the time limit is one day. Normally, any other game wouldn't need this, but ESO has the majority of its cosmetics in the shop, and sometimes previews can be misleading.
