The problem is their drop rate being way higher than the trophy fish.
Unless there's a mad taxidermist running around the world mounting fish and throwing them away, they should drop way less.

I keep fish in an etherial bag that only appears when I need the contents. When not open time inside the bag comes to a stop so nothing spoils or rots.
It has unlimited space but for some odd reason I can't put a necklace in it.
