There is a bug causing an IC 'sweeper' to respawn after 1.5 minutes. All other spawn sewer locations are 15minutes for these mini bosses. This bug has been heavily exploited during the PVP Event and caused style pages to become near worthless. Some players have sat in this spot for hours per day.
