Harpooner's Wading Kilt... Still available??

i found all the other leads, however have spent four days, at -least- 2 hours a day looking for the final lead in Shadowfen, and nothing. So.. is it still available or has it been removed and i'm wasting my time?

I just got it recently so it's still there.

I just followed the rivers and harvested all the water and alchemy nodes I found on the shore. It took about an hour.

At least it's still available. This is what i've been doing. For days. Ugh.

of course it's still available. it can just take a really long time to get the leads.
