Apocryphal Inspiration Constant Dismount

So there's this annoying bug with Apocryphal Inspiration, where when you're in a group it dismounts you when someone in group leaves or enters the 28 meter range of the set while in Cyrodiil, this keeps happening and is extremely annoying. Can someone look into this please?

✭✭✭✭Also want to add to this as being a rather dire issue.
The Templar Heals in my guild absolutely hate running this set due to the constant and random dismounting. They are forced to disable the 5-piece whenever we ride anywhere, which is obviously not a very appealing work-around given how often combat approaches unexpectedly in Cyro.
Please resolve this ASAP, ZOS.1 -
Tiara_Ra✭✭✭Got dismount all the time when members of my group going out/in range for my buff with using Apocryphal set.
Members of my group cant get buff from my Apocryphal set if i using sprint (on foot or on horse - no matters).
Did ticket in the middle of April too
