ENTIRE ZONE BUGGED SOS 911!!!

I started a fresh zone, Rivenspire. I did a few quest, and got up to the point at the very beginning when I bury those peoples family members. When I finished that, there wasn't another quest offered.
I've played PTS, and have done this zone about 3 times....so I know there is Supposed to be another quest given. There was not.
I thought this was strange, and maybe you guys changed it before launch.
I continued on. There were about 4 different quest areas, that as soon as I did the first quest...or sometimes second, they would just immediately STOP giving the next quest.
For another example, when I did the dog quest (to follow the dog to the guy), he led me to the guy, I talked to him,....then suddenly not a thing!
Also, the quest to defend the tower, I started that, and suddenly not another quest offered.
I have no idea what is going on, but this is obviously a SERIOUS bug, and will prevent me from leveling up to get to alikr, and also the entire zone will be lost: Lore books, Sky shards, and SKill points.
Can I please get some help with this ASAP.
I also asked my guildmates if they had experienced this as well, and one or two replied they did as well, but it was in glenumbra.
