Volatile Armor skill is currently bugged XBox NA.
Skill buff and timer resets after 2-3 seconds of casting, or sometimes requires multiple casts while still consuming Magicka.
A similar action happens with Igneous Weapons, though lower percent error on bug happening.
This is a nightmare while in PVP having to rebuff every 2-3 seconds for a high cost Skill that is supposed to last 20 seconds.
Confirmed it's not due to Nocturnal set debuff. Have tested in and out of combat, in PVP and PVE.
