IDEA: a VFX furnishing

There are so many cool visual effects in this game. It'd be fun to have a furnishing that, for example, could be attuned to an effect. A small vessel that could become a source of an effect like a class skill or memento. Similar to some of the Enchanted Lighting furnishings like Meridia's orb, but customizable to a degree.
