All the AP from repeatable pvp quests should have been reset as soon as the exploit was discovered and a hot fix for faction population balancing put in place. It's not enough just to cap the population for each faction. Kill assists existed in Beta and it was just ridiculous - it's not like this was a big surprise. WoW battlegrounds had the same issue until Blizzard changed the system. I don't ever want to see a player being crowned emperor because they were the best quest repeater / suicide king!

That's already happened several times over. People have been crowned for being the best quest repeater. Sucks for people such as myself who never touched those quests yet still ranked fairly high.
