I can't get into the character selection
2 times I played the beta, installed the game, tried solutions in the forum, formatted my PC and nothing!
I can not get into the character selection, and when I could get could not play because he could not walk with the character quests and when chosen resolution ULTRA, want a solution now because I'm already two days without playing, otherwise I want refund my money because I spent WHAT'm not having any advantage.
