Journal menu isn't saving last chosen option

On Playstation 5 when I go into Journal it first shows menu selector on "Quests" and I go into it like normal. I then go into my inventory, look through merchant stores, bank etc, and go back into "Journal" my menu selector is not remembering I was on "Quests", which was my last option. Instead it's either hovering over "Achievements" (I didn't receive any achievements at the time) or "Leaderboards". Odd occasion it will be "Lore Library" I have no idea what causes this bug. I can be doing anything before and it happens. However it doesn't happen each time I go into "Journal", as I could be flicking back and forth to it and nothing happens. If I leave it for a bit, do my usual stuff and go back to "Journal" it doesn't save my last menu selection, which is usually "Quests".
This bug started about a week to 2 weeks ago when I started getting into Champion Points on my first character. It's been happening ever since.
