Tri-stats pots, columbine

Add more alternatives to columbine for tri-stats pots please.

There are already 5 different recipes, but all with columbine. And in the market, prices are so high [snip]

It may also be because it's hard to use.2 different potions. On my stamblade I never use tro-stat, cause I never need magica and I can use extra weapon damage. And most of the time when I need stam, I don't need health and vice versa.

I really would like 2 potion quick slots, cause it's so wasteful.

The demand for tripots has increased quite a lot. This is also reflected to the price of the material common in all of tripot recipes. It is not because of players thinking to work in Wall Street, but because the demand is high and others are willing to pay the higher price for it.

Imo not really the primal cause, even when the game has less players, the price were already rly high. That's why i ask the dev to add an alternative to columbine, I think it's a good solution.

The price of pots and flowers are not players fault, imagine if there where no flower farmers, how would it look then?

In my opinion the problem is in zos hands, players need an easier way to get flowers.

Sure telwar was a great idea but for pve players it gets annoying and boring when you get ganked 5 times in 20 mins and losses half your telwar.

I should really start selling that stash that's been growing in my crafting bag over the last six years.

👀 so the small khajitt house. Right out outside of it has a flower spawn. It's usually the rare ones. Nearby is also a farm with a lot alchemy spots

Cold harbor - Hollow city is just alchemy spawns around entire city

Imperial city kill a few things and get get alchemy satchels from the tal var

Every event has flowers including current one. Battleground spam it

There's flowers on every zone in overland unless there's ecology differences built in by the world designers

    ....

Let's delve into the alchemy problem. First we eliminated bots on PC. Then there's a knowledge gap new players just don't know where to get flowers or their worth. Then there's craft bag and people not selling.

There's overall a lot of sources of alchemy regents. Every single event has them after all. They just flowing into economy enough.

Then biggest problem is the elite end game players for trials consumption. They can afford it but those below are struggling greatly.

This all comes down to alchemy needs an update desperately as very few potions are consumed.

Things would should be included is updating snake blood as the passive was supposed to make potions cheaper. Also champion point passive for potions she be passive not an active star.

    P.S

I have 2000 columbine im craft bag and not selling one because the prices scare me

How could it be any easier? Just run around picking flowers and anything else you stumble across. Almost as easy as fishing.

Price is skewed on certain flowers. We have long since need an alchemy update. Like only 3 potions are good in game.

Yeah if players used 10 potions a day ;)

Its because of the meta ultgen potions for competitive pve that columbine is so expensive. Min maxers are flush with gold to spend on anything that gives them a bit more competitive edge

Slightly tangential, but if ZOS sorted out the green tree and made things that used to be passives passives again, it wouldn't take an eye roll and a half to pick up a flower (because unless you're a farmer you're never going to slot the faster harvesting passive over, say, more furnishing plans or better chest loot).

Which would probably encourage players to farm their own columbine a bit more.

It may not seem like a big thing but my guess is that the green tree shift affected casual farming behaviour quite a bit.

I have thousands of columbine but the stacks i have in the trader currently havent moved after a month, so wont be wasting the slots on that one again. Theyll go back in the bag and ill continue to sell what moves improvement mats.

So did you overprice them or is the trader in a hard to get spot?

Crafting materials are rather difficult to sell (and buy) via guild trader with limited slots for limited stacks. Sell/buy order system which allowed players to list mats in bulk on trader for minimum unit price they want and buy whatever amount they need if available for maximum unit price they are willing to pay could help mats move better. Not sure how it could be attached to current system.

Any time I place materials in a guild store they sell within a day. Another game I played for a short while had the sell/buy orders and the market got shut down by developers more than a few times because of exploiters. Turns out it is easy to manipulate the market with buy/sell orders.

If the game happened to be New World, it had market 'manipulated' via dupe bugs on about every update combined with unusually lenient response to exploiting and also rampant botting on tiny servers with limited harvesting resources. (Gorgeous game and certain aspects of combat were really fun, too bad it was such a mess.)

I havent looked at the location in quite some time to be honest good point 😆, but my improvement mats always move regardless of location im guessing by flippers.

That's a hard thing to pull off, because people are "best" driven. There are quite a few viable potions to use, but on the off-chance you need both heal/mag/stam at the same time or 2 out of 3 and it's too time consuming to change potions, people invest in tri-stat.

The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced that the single potion slot is what's causing the market to diverge on to a limited (1?) type of potion to sell well.

For columbine as ingredient though - don't forget they're also used in Sugar Skulls.

They could just add tristat potion as one of the options from PvP vendors. It helped to reduce cost of spell power potions and corn flower back when it was also getting expensive.
