Invisible walls and stuck in bushes

Not sure if these are bugs or just programming flaws, but:
1. why there are so many invisible walls in open areas of Galen (not some edge of map but areas that logically should be accesible). An example I stand in front of invisible wall:

2. why so many bushes in Western Skyrim are hard objects not passable. I can only try to jump over the bush but risking that character will stuck there. Example, cannot penetrate bush by walking/running toward it:

Because the intention is to follow the "path" instead of being able to freely climb rocks, etc. Infinite cosmic power, can level daedric invaders with firey explosions, cant climb stones.

Yeah, but ... why? Being forced to follow the path kinda beats the idea of an open word, doesn't it?

I'd not complain if there was a huge rock [higher than my character, not some pebbles] or a fallen tree I couldn't jump over, but invisible walls just don't make sense.

even going as far back as blackwood is when they started adding what i feel is unnecessary invisible walls

theres a little mountain that would most certainly be passable in blackwood on the right side of the map if it wasnt for invisible walls

honestly invisible walls are an extremely poor game design
