Is Scrivener's Hall "Nedic"?

It occurs to me that "Nedic" architecture might just be proxy Hermaeus Mora style (like Chimer architecture became for Daedric).

However, if its intentionally Nedic, it would represent the first time we've ever gotten to see some actual Nedic heritage in Skyrim, viscerally. We know, as a people, they played an important role in very early Tamriel, and are often associated strongly with ancient Skyrim, particularly in the earlier game sources.

Bethesda's take on Skyrim, with its focus on the Dragon Priest architecture and strong Atmoran identity leaves little room (in their story) for what came before, but- if the Nedes were in Skyrim, and not too far away they built these magnificent towers and brooding catacombs, does it not stand to reason that there may be similar-styled ruins still to be uncovered- that perhaps by the time of TES5 are lost or destroyed- elsewhere in Skyrim, still possible to explore during the 2nd era?

I'd love to see some more of this.
