Polymorph (and skin) can work on companions

I like most polymorphs and skins but won't wear them for a long time. They are cool but will become boring after one or two months. Since they are not cheap, I may think about buying the new polymorph if it could work on companions. I prefer to get them by memento like Storm Atronach Transform. And also, hollowjack mounts' effect doesn't work on companions, hope it could be fixed too.
