Just a general hat-off cause game is actually playable and performing as it should, huge siege or a ball group around matters little.

For years mym was a love/hate time for me as I loved it but performance and crashes were just, eh, crushing? It feels groundbreaking when you press an ability and it... actually works. And ping isn't in some astronomical dimension, wowee.

No regrets putting another game aside to go back for the event from the game I had little to none fate in for some time already (aside from encounter team, you're still the best on a market no matter what). Hope performance won't degrade back soon enough and PvP events and improvements would be coming as they should've all those years.

Yea that's how it was here in NA immediately after hardware refresh. People were so jappy. Since then the performance has gradually gotten worse. I went into grayhost on monday and the lag was so bad I couldn't cast skills. It was literally worse than before the hardware refresh. No idea what they are doing

The Lord Jesus Christ saved me from sin and darkness. His love has transformed me so that I am a new creature in Him. May you find Him too, and experience His richness and goodness!

Ye I'm aware of it and fairly skeptical about the future still, but at least at this exact moment it's still going and it's a treat. When over it would be just another time to move away until the game might get some attention, if any.

My recollection is that the hardware upgrade wasn't intended to improve performance, that should come with the server code rewrite which is still ongoing. The hardware upgrade was to future-proof the servers content-wise.

    This is correct.

Anyway, they DID move the Midyear Mayhem specifically so y'all could enjoy it with that new server boost, and it sounds like it's working out at least for PC-EU. So that's nice to hear.

They indeed did stated so, but same as for NA it was a significant difference for awhile, might be related to increased capacity for testing purposes or else, but difference is pretty huge playing every previous mayhem. And it should become default thing if they still want to support any PvP.
