There is a light that should not be
The highlighted sections are actually lights that should not be there. They follow me in the same configuration and move with my character always at the same distance. If I move at all those highlighted sections are actually solid shadow and I can continue to see them but shadow makes them more pronounced. I'm running an eyefinity setup if that matters as I've noticed other oddities with that resolution.
