Galen is a mess

Ever since the recent update (or possibly before that, I haven't been to Galen in a while) there have been disappearing terrain assets, and some terrain assets that are either not tangible (i.e. I clip straight through them) or are straight-up gone. This evening, I got the worst of it: I left my character by a wayshrine, logged out, and when I logged back in, he'd clipped into the terrain, which gave me a massive UI bug, while also ensuring I can't rescue my character. What in the Hist... Whenever I try to log back in, I get "booted from Server" errors.
Whatever you did to Galen, it needs to be fixed yesterday, because at least the area on the western side of Galen, from Vastyr to Glimmertarn, is a massive mess.
