No proc sets for no CP campaigns during Whitestrake’s

Can we please not have proc sets enabled in no-cp campaigns this time? Having to make a new build for dedicated no-cp players is a pain, also it makes it more of a safe haven for people just doing quests if it’s not full of people using proc sets to bomb.

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

Probably because of all the PvE players wanting to go to Cyrodiil to do the city dailies during the event. At least some of them (such as myself) would have gone to their regular home campaign instead, except that their home campaign probably had a login queue that said "expected wait time 4 hours" due to all of the PvP players trying to take advantage of the event's 2xAP and 2xXP bonuses.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0
