[BUG] No Edge Keep Bonus, no matter if we hold 1, 2, or 3 Edge Keeps, plus all our Home Keeps.

Played Cyrodiil PvP this past week. It seems that the "Edge Keeps" bonuses are not working. I believe I reported this a few months ago.
My alliance held all of our "Home" real estate (keeps and outposts) and we also held all 3 "Edge Keeps," yet the "Edge Keep" bonus showed 0 bonus. I remember seeing this back in February when I played PvP one day, so this bug has existed for some time.
How it used to work:
This bug may have occurred after implementation of the changes to the PvP "Bonuses." Prior to that patch, if one held one's "Home" keeps and outposts (which includes 1 Edge Keep), one would get 1 Bonus. One would then get 2 Bonuses if holding 2 Edge Keeps, and 3 Bonuses if holding 3 Edge Keeps.
How it works now:
We get no Edge Keep Bonuses ever, no matter if we hold 1, 2, or 3 Edge Keeps, plus all our Home Keeps.
