Solving the problem with FPS drops in vKA HM on Falgravn

Digging through the settings, I found the reason for this disgrace. This is an old bug from 2014 that hasn't been fixed yet.

You need to open "UserSettings.txt" ("your disc">documents>Elder Scrolls Online>Live) and found SET GPUSmoothingFrames "10". The default is 10. You need to change this number to "0".

To enhance the effect, reduce the number of displayed particles to 1200-1300 to enhance the effect (ingame video settings).

Note: It is desirable to apply this setting to everyone in the group. For it is not clear how, but even if half of the people have this setting turned off, and half have it turned on, it can still appear. For it to disappear completely, everyone needs to do it.

How does this bug work?
1) Large add causes a bloody cross. If you stand in it during the proc, then you get terrible lags and fps drops to 0. And so on until you exit the trial / out the door. You can also observe the proc of an unknown SFX that adds visual gold bracelets to the hands of the players and hanging in the air too.
2) This bug activates an ancient bug from 2014. This setting makes the picture smoother (Preparation of video frames in advance), but at the same time it loads the GPU by 5-10% more and worsens the response from the skills/your actions. By disabling this setting, you will be able to see minor tearing/twitching in the game when the camera is rotated.
So what is this bug? - When setting a frame limit, it will display exactly as many frames as it was set in the setting, but not as much as your PC can. In addition, it begins to heavily load the RAM and cache, leading to subsequent severe lags. (That is, it will be possible to restore the original FPS only when the PC is restarted. And half of this power is only by restarting the game). In this case, the bloody cross mechanic releases a lot of particles in a short period of time, due to which the very unfixed bug appears.
