No hardware refresh for PS NA on 5/9/23?

According to the upcoming maintenance report, there's a 9 hour maintenance for PS NA on 5/9/23.
All of the previous hardware refreshes have taken place over a 14 hour period.
Does PS NA only having a 9 hour maintenance imply that PS NA's refresh is NOT coming next week?
We were told that Whitestrake's was pushed back because you guys wanted to ensure the new hardware was in place before the event(s) (other than XBOX EU). PS NA being in mid May.
Is PS NA (one of the most populated servers) getting its hardware upgraded next week?

✭It's 9 hour maintenance for all servers, not just PS NA. Likely not happening for us before WS. Makes you wonder if a certain guy with two first names made MS mad...Edited by alternatelder on May 5, 2023 8:31PM1 -

✭✭✭✭✭The May 9 maintenance may be necessary before additional hardware upgrades can happen. They did mention that it was to support megaserver hardware, new and future.1
