New IP address access code - HELP!
I chose to play on an EU server. I'm an American. I logged in, and it asked me to check my email for the access code, but when I type it in it says that the code is invalid. What should I do? I tried entering a new code, and that still didn't work. Any suggestions? I thought this game wasn't region locked, but do I have to add my IP address to my account via the US client in order to play the EU one?

ChanceofRust✭✭I sadly don't have much info to help you with, but just thought I'd see if you'd tried logging into the online account page to see if you can input it there? I've been asked to verify on the site a few times, and perhaps it will work and approve you in the launcher as well? Also, all my codes have had a space in them, just in case you missed it, as I did the first time.

Thanks. Weirdly, I also had to input a code to activate my account on the web site. The two codes they sent me were separate. Thanks for the suggestion. I filled out a support ticket.0

Thought downloading the US client would help. Got that, I can log into that fine, but it still won't take my verification code on the EU client. Did Zenimax suddenly decide to regionlock the game?0

Same to me, I tried and got email 10x and always code is false.0
