Style Page Ideas

I think everyone would love to see the Nightingale armor style in game. So I propose adding it in as a style page, but now add skill enhancements to the pages. For example, the chest could have +10% to sneak, pick pocket and lock picking. Nothing that will give the player an edge in combat situations, just social type game play. Another type of style page could add to your harvesting or fishing abilities. Just a thought, let me know what you guys think.

That would be a major change to how the game works, since styles are supposed to be only cosmetic, unlike sets.
