The shield in the pic is Nord style not Breton. In any case, the base race motifs are all available super cheap on guild merchants, and if you wanted a specifically Breton version, then I'd suggest looking in one of the base game zones like Stros M'Kai/Betnikh/Glenumbra. It'd just be easier to get the motif and style your shield at an outfit station whenever you get a new shield. The color is the only part im not super sure on.

After further review we have decided to move this thread to a category we think is more appropriate for this topic.

Also, experiment with the material levels when using Dyes at the Outfit Station. Ruby level materials take dyes with with tints you may not want.

The mid tier L10 to L34 or so materials have the best dye results.

Do you mean this? It's a style you can apply to any shield at the outfit station. To make the shield in any of the Breton styles available for player crafting, you can steal it from containers if you prefer to grind it. Or you can buy it super cheap off of other players (some may even give it for free as the base game racial styles are common except Imperial).

I think you're trying to show you're wearing Breton gear you found? If so, the color in that pic appears to be from Tier 4 gear. So you need to deconstruct a piece of gear with that level.

I think it's the one but it's kind of hard to tell on the wiki. So find a piece of any type of the following gear and deconstruct it.

No that isn't it sorry, the armor itself is level 3 and was stolen there is a shield close to what you have but has that same color as the armor itself in a exact form and color as the one in the clothing store doesn't match the color at all. Right Shape wrong color type of thing.

The color you can apply yourself if it's the right shape. If you dye it tier 4 dyes or some other bronze (you can dye your armor same time).

True but i would like the shield that goes with that armor and not a close one so the set itself is complete with all of the armor for it if you see it in your travels just let me know where is all i ask.

The shield earlier is the Breton shield, so it may be the shield you saw is the Ancestral Breton shield? These come from treasure map links in High Isle.

    Ancestral-Breton-Maple-Shield-1.jpg?w=514&h=616&ssl=1

These are the only sets in game the wiki has that drop in Breton style. The following sets are in the Breton Style. I don't know if one these has a unique variant Breton shield I'm not aware of but this is what it would be if it isn't the ancestral Breton. You can find this list on the UESP Breton style link that someone posted above and clicking on it will tell you where to farm.

    Armor of the Trainee
    Crusader
    Noble Duelist's Silks
    Oblivion's Edge
    Plague Doctor
    Silks of the Sun
    Storm Knight's Plate
    Vampire Cloak
    Vestments of the Warlock
