The following are examples of weapon skills that continue to proc their weapons' enchants for their full duration, even when you barswap away:
Crit Rush/Crit Charge/Stampede - an initial AoE direct damage component followed by a ground AoE DoT
Volley/Endless Hail/Arrow Barrage - entirely a ground AoE DoT
Blade Cloak/Deadly Cloak/Quick Cloak - entirely a sticky AoE DoT
The following are examples of weapon skills that stop proccing their weapons' enchantments after the initial hit, even if you stay on the same bar for the DoT component:
Poison Arrow/Venom Arrow/Poison Injection - an initial single-target direct damage component followed by a sticky single-target DoT
Cleave/Carve/Brawler - an initial direct damage AoE component followed by a sticky single-target DoT
These should be updated to proc their enchantments for their full duration like the ones listed above. Right now we have a situation where enchantments proc off of ST and AOE direct damage, AOE ground DoTs, and AoE sticky DoTs, just not on single-target sticky DoTs. Sticky single-target DoTs that are components of weapon abilities (like Poison Injection and Carve) do not stop being weapon abilities just because they're sticky single-target DoTs. They should therefore follow the same rules as all other components of weapon abilities and continue to apply the enchants from their weapons.
