Launcher is stuck loading

So recently I've been trying to get back into the game after a long break, but the game is infinitely loading. I play on the Steam version and I launched the game and this started happening. So far I've tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling, i've done it about 3 times now, flushing my dns, deleting the program files folder, downloading this windows installer called "MicrosoftEasyFix51044" which I couldn't run because my operating system is windows 10, which isn't the applicable version. I really don't know what to do at this point

KaGaOri✭✭✭✭Had similar issue yesterday - win 10, steam version of game and launcher was infinitely stuck loading. Nothing I've done helped, but after second restart of PC Steam suddenly decided to update itself and launcher worked fine after that. Not much help, I know, but maybe try having Steam updated?0
