They can be random mobs, dungeon bosses, town people, quest givers, non combat pets, companions, and other npcs.

I’m partial to Ezabi, she calls me smelly though. Seryene is a drunken friend but I don’t think I ever spell her name right. I like the Senche-Raht in Elsweyr cities. One’s a bank guard and another is by the Rimmen stables and has some fun dialogue. Love the other alfiq too, like the ones in your photo, the ones clapping at the end of one of the main quests, the witch-in-training with Witches Festival… Pahmar (-Raht) I always enjoy seeing too…
