This will not happen for the same reason why ZOS will not increase the difficulty level for overland content.

You underestimate the adaptation skills of the Saxhleel, beeko. Besides, the "harsh" lands of Skyrim doesn't even look that harsh. There's so much land that doesn't have snow or ice on it. Wrothgar looks harsher.

Altmer should have their weakness to magic like in other TES games but give them like 4k max Magicka so it's like a 'kiss-curse'.

Im curious what reason that is, because honestly overland is so boring I honestly didnt think people would mind something like this. Not like it'd actually make things hard, certainly not dark souls hard or anything. I bet most people wouldnt even notice.
