Guild finder bug - time filter does not work

I'm from EU so when looking for guild on the NA server I tried to search for guild based on the time filter and it seems that the time filter absolutely does not work, like it wasn't even there, simply isn't taken into account for getting the results.
An example a search for guilds with core time between 7pm-9pm returns guilds with 12pm-7am stated core time...
