Cyrodiil Psijic portal weapons still bugged.

Ever since portals were introduced to Cyrodiil, the zonewide named sets (Cyrodiil's Crest, Cyrodiil's Ward, and Cyrodiil's Light) woodworking weapons (bows and staffs only) have occasionally dropped as no CP level 50 white quality items, with zero damage and zero restore enchantments. I, and others, have been reporting this for years, but it's never been fixed.
Here's one that I got today:
This one was looted by a CP 2,000 plus character. And the blacksmithing based weapons are not affected by this bug.
