Is Flurry (and morphs) still considered as DoT?

Because well... Cruel Flurry adds damage to DoTs. Would it add damage to the next Flurry as well?

✭✭✭✭✭jabs and flurry used to be a weird mix where sometimes some things would consider them as dot and some would consider them as direct (or both)
however they fixed bugs with it and it is 100% considered direct dmg now0
