Additional Guild Ranks

I was reading the AMA they had done and someone asked if we were going to have more guild ranks (player guilds). The answer was yes but upon creating the guild yesterday I saw no option to add more ranks. Any idea when this will be implemented? Or if it is how in the world do I do it?

It should be coming in future patches. It's not in yet.

There's never any guarantee, but we should be getting guild ranks at some point.
