Hub Chat Display:

I want to keep my Hub Chat Display to Off. However, it will not stay in the Off position. I have to change it every time I log in to a character.
I use a Controller, go to Options>Social>Hub Chat Display>Off. But then it reverts back. Is there something else I can do that I am not aware of?
