Undaunted Keys?

Are these not the right chests under the undaunted tent? They seem to be non-interactive or how do these undaunted keys work anyways? A search of the forums says these are the right chests, is this a bug? Do I need to delete my character and start all over or what?1gri9objohjc.png

In the old days we opened these chests to randomly pick up the parts, today you have to talk to the npcs ''that give the missions'' to buy the specific boxes for the part you are looking for!

They should make them chests for a 10 key guaranteed shoulder & weight drop

Honestly, I find that just buying the 1-key chest for a random piece seems to work pretty well. You'll get repeats from time to time, but it doesn't take too long to collect most of the pieces that way.

I have also moved mostly to this method of collecting the items.

Since they play dirty by wasting my time then I'll play dirty by wasting their time and not remind them about this long list of bugs and exploits they might have forgot to fix nine years ago. Good hunting Alikr's.

That may or may not have been one clue.

I on the other hand have spent over 150 keys on two separate occasions and still didn't receive the piece in the weight that I needed. RNG by nature is unpredictable and experiences with RNG are not able to be generalized.

Well, obviously. But you didn't say whether you bought 150 of the 1-key chests or 30 of the 5-key chest for the desired monster set. Buying a 5-key chest should narrow the pool you're drawing from, but you've also got one-fifth as many draws.

I don’t think it was changed with the purpose of wasting peoples time. More likely the opposite, so that coffers for each pair of dungeons can be given as a purchase option. Previously it was random between all the dungeons of the matching pledge questgiver. It was also confusing because I don’t remember their names so I had to go back to the npc to figure out which chest to go to…

That works best in the start but it don't work that well then you have collected most of the shoulders.

Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

I buy single chests since I don't want to waste any more keys than necessary.
