Necro scythe doesn't work in battle grounds (and more)

As mid as it is, I can't even use my main spammable in BG. It works when I'm not facing a target but is extremely hard to activate when I'm facing a target. I've transformed into the bone colossus twice and both times was unable to use the scythe when facing multiple targets. I don't want to make excuses for why a fight doesn't go my way but it's legitimately handicapping to not have full use of my skills.

I've noticed that I've also had trouble using bound armaments. Sometimes it fires, sometimes it won't. Again. Skills not working in battle grounds.
