Trespassing with Ember WHILE invisible, causes NPCs to give dialogue as if they can see you.
I was trespassing with Ember in Vvardenfell and noticed even when I was stealth (using night blade skill) the NPCs still said things like they saw me. Thankfully my bounty didn't go up.
