Lighthouse - Windows are dark, why?

Why are the (few) windows in the lighthouse dark during the day?
For comparison: on the left hand is the Gardner House, on the right the Lighthouse.
The windows in the lighthouse look like they were bricked up. >.<
For 11.000 crowns one would think that you'd at least get lighted windows. This is lazy programming. Please fix this.
