No, I'm never on the title screen for more than a few seconds. I'm there to play, not admire the 'shrooms.

Xbox NA was down yesterday so it was stuck on the title screen. Hence how I noticed it.

I recommend that you stick a little piece of black tape on your monitor/TV at that spot. With HM, you can't be too careful.

This is the first Title Screen that has a day night cycle. There is also a Herma Mora eye that opens up and looks around in a couple spots.

That's the first time I've heard the new chapter theme music. It confirms the trend I've noticed: the music for base game and Morrowind chapter was really good, and it hasn't really been as good since. There are some nice tracks in the following chapters, but overall, it seems to be slowly getting worse. That's just my impression, though, and music tastes are very subjective.
