XBOX EU RIP
Let me explain why and what’s the problem.
Server Updates! First they gonna change the megaservers on PC EU and than PS EU. Yea its fine, they have the biggest population. It continues with XBOX NA and PS NA in May.
And here it comes (or not). XBOX EU need to wait. How long? A year? Tell us when will you change the XBOX EU servers because we can’t read anything about this.
Why is it a problem?
XBOX NA more playable now with bigger population than XBOX EU ever with its lower population. I mean I have acc on NA too and its playable. You can use your skills, less lagg, YOU CAN PLAY.. The most outrageous thing is on XBOX EU we also pay for eso+ and other stuff and we want the same content and quality for our money. Its just not fair. We won’t get what we pay for.
A little look in XBOX EU history.
Past:
We were waiting for this mega server change for 3 years. Actually its gonna happen, that’s a good thing.
In the past years tons of good endgamer stopped playing because the server issues or just went to NA because its better.
PVP and PVE population dropped a lot in the past years, I can count on my 2 hand how many new players Ive seen in cyrodiil in the last year. Im playing since 2015, The popularity has never been so low. Now what I see the gamertags start disappear slowly. When I speak with them what happened, most of them say they started it over again on NA.
NOW:
Cyrodiil on XBOX EU worse than ever. Its unplayable! Not just in prime time, anytime. Skill delays, lagg etc. You can’t play at all. Pressing vigor 20x+ and its still not activated.
FUTURE:
If they fix XBOX NA (and actually its still better than EU atm) most of the players gonna swap to NA. This is a high risk. Why would anyone wait on a laggy server? If we need to wait a year, in this period you lvl up to 1500 cp on any other server.. XBOX EU population gonna drop massively! This not only affect pvp, its going to affect everything. Dungeon finder, trials, trading etc.. So as we see whom I talked with, XBOX EU gonna die soon. Many of my friends from any alliance started to lvl up characters on NA now, because nobody want to play on a bad server anymore. PVP EVENT: How could we do the event when we have unplayable lagg on ZERO bar also? For most of us this is the most wanted event in every year and now we can’t play it at all.
Summary:
We love this game, we want to stay where we are, but if EU won’t be fixed soon, the pvp population’s 50-60% gonna stop play or go to other servers. PVP players here are mostly endgamers and do pve hard contents also.. So if they leave, they will start a “swap avalanche” and tons of players gonna follow them. In big trial guilds they started to think about swap to NA because too many gamers indicated that they will change soon.
