Bugs with Ragebound Crate Bundle

After discussing two bugs with customer support I was asked to make a thread in this forum so here I am (for reference support ticket is 230404-003754). Also for reference, this is based on console (PS5) so it may be a problem tied to this platform.
Bug 1:
I opened 13 boxes of the Ragebound Crate Bundle normally. 14th box had me sorta stuck. Khajiit was moving and all but did not show the crate's content. Even patiently waiting for a longer period of time did not fix this. I never saw the content of box 14 but it was used. After closing the menu with the controller, next time I opened the crate box menu I saw one box less was available. Hence, never saw the content of box 14, don't know if it was granted. Support says it must have been granted on server-side but as-is (ticket is still open and in process) could not tell me the content of said box. I may have missed content, I surely missed the "fun surprise effect" of the box. I simply don't know. It was no connection issue on my end as I could prove with the sent in video clip to support.
Bug 2:
Some items cannot be made to gems. This one was confirmed by customer support and hereby should be noted as a warning to everyone interested in Ragebound Crates. If you get an item of those 5, you must either use it or keep it in the inventory until this bug is fixed:
- Crown style book 67 (33 gems worth)
- Crown style book 55 (33 gems worth)
- Kugel der Geisterkönigin (I don't know the English name for this housing item, it's also 33 gems worth)
- Reik-Kronleuchter (13 gems worth)
- Ritus des Gramgeschmiedeten (13 gems worth)
So my recommendation is to either avoid this package until the bugs are fixed or to use them with a toon that has enough inventory capacity to hold not needed items until they can be converted to gems. Customer support mentioned an upcoming patch would address this issue (bug 2) but did not provide a timeframe.

✭✭✭✭✭bug 2 is definitely a bug, and has been mentioned in several posts from zos_kevin that it should be fixed in an upcoming patch

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
