Blighted Blastbones not applying Star Venom (Snake in the stars)

Just tested this both on a dummy and a player.

Applying Major Defile using blast names, does NOT proc the Snake in the Stars star venom set.

The set reads:

"Applying a Major or Minor Debuff to an enemy applies Star Venom to them for 4 seconds. This effect can occur once every 12 seconds."

Blast Bones has never procced a set afaik since it is considered your pet's damage and buff/debuff rather than your own.

yeah, i originally hoped that blastbones could proc plaguebreak too (since it is direct dmg)

but as mentioned, the blastbones is considered a pet and pets cant proc sets

this is also another reason the necromancer needs help, several of their primary dmg skills cant even trigger procs lol

This has always been the behavior, but it does seem like a bug or oversight. It is annoying that skills like Stalking Blastbones cannot proc Elemental Catalyst. It's a fire damage ability.
